Shipping policy

Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship exclusively within Belgium. We are a locally focused vendor, which allows us to guarantee fast shipping and dedicated customer service for our Belgian community. (Expanding to other European countries is on our roadmap, so stay tuned!)

Processing Times
We know you are eager to get your hands on your new gear. All orders are processed, packed, and dispatched from our local inventory in Ghent within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We like to keep things simple and transparent:

• Shipping Cost: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Belgium.
• Carrier & Delivery: Orders are shipped via Bpost. Once dispatched, your package will typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days.

No Customs or Import Duties
Because we ship directly from our warehouse in Ghent, Belgium, you will never have to worry about unexpected import taxes, customs duties, or international handling fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available in the Bpost system.

Damages and Issues During Transit
We pack every keyboard and component with the utmost care. However, if your order arrives damaged, or if it has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@bonsaikeyboards.com with your order number and photos of the packaging, so we can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
